Task Forces
Healthy Bodies & Healthy Minds
Our Healthy Minds and Healthy Bodies task forces, previously known as the Mental Health and Substance Use Task Force and the Nutrition and Physical Activity Task Force, were established to help the Bergen County community build bridges to improve communication, foster collaboration and create a focus around outreach and inclusion. Using data from the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) each task force creates proactive plans to accelerate progress toward a shared goal: a healthier Bergen County.
Each task force works to help connect individuals throughout the community to the care and services they need to live healthier lives - mentally and physically.
