"Get Help!"

The Bergen County Cooperative Library System serves 62 libraries in Bergen County. The libraries and their staff provide resources. The new initiative, "Get Help!" will assist with questions concerning financial resources, parental resources, health resource, etc.

BERGEN COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH PARTNERSHIP

The Bergen County Public Health Partnership is a coalition of governmental public health officers representing local municipal health departments, regional health commissions and the county health department, which plans and coordinates the development of the local governmental public health system and its operation. One of the primary roles of the Bergen County Public Health Partnership is to work with other key corporate, private and non-profit entities to develop a community health partnership (the Community Health Improvement Partnership), whose mission is to assess community health needs, determine county health status indicators, identify gaps in service, develop a community health improvement plan (Community Health Improvement Plan), and oversee implementation of the plan.
